EXPERTISE & EXPERIENCE

Paul is a senior lawyer with international experience in arbitrations and mediations involving construction disputes, particularly concerned with commercial and residential developments.  He also has worked in the construction industry, in the civil and oil and gas sectors and “at the coalface”, as a commercial manager. 

Paul’s experience extends to negotiating contracts, overseeing performance and resolving disputes, through negotiation and, if warranted, litigation.

He is fluent in Bahasa Malaysian, Mandarin, Cantonese and Hokkien, as well as in English and admitted as a solicitor in both Australia and Malaysia.

Married with three children, he lives on Sydney’s North Shore and his interests include writing, bridge, chess, badminton, tennis and ten pin bowling.
