Levitt Robinson Principal Stewart Levitt was interviewed on an episode of ABC’s ‘Hello Stranger’ television show regarding world famous street artist Anthony Lister.

Levitt Robinson defended Mr Lister from 12 charges of criminal damage in relation to “street art” that he had made in various sites around Brisbane.

In a rare “behind the scenes” video, the ABC’s cameras were allowed into Levitt Robinson’s offices to see Mr Levitt and Mr Lister preparing for Mr Lister’s trial.

As Mr Levitt told the ABC after the trial, the Magistrate presiding at Mr Lister’s trial said that he appreciated what Mr Lister’s had done.

“It’s regrettable that he felt bound by the law to still find somebody had breached the law notwithstanding they’d made a great contribution to the art of the city,” Mr Levitt said.

At the end of the trial, Mr Lister was sentenced to five hours of community service and fined $440. No conviction was recorded.
